- For 6-month renting, you will get 50% refunds within the first three months, and after the beginning of the fourth month, no refunds will be given.
- For 12-month renting, you will get 75% refunds within the first three months, 50% refunds between the fourth to the sixth month, 25% refunds between the seventh to the ninth month, and no refunds will be given at the beginning of the tenth month.
